Two gangsters want to kidnap a children from rich parents who live at number 99 but they made a mistake : they go to the number 66 and take Tommy ! Unfortunately, take Tommy wasn't such a good idea : he will drive them crazy ! Tommy decide to go for a walk alone !
The kidnappers can't make Tommy keep quiet ! Tommy is nasty with the kidnappers !
