The Rugrats are in the garden and play imitate Dil. Suddenly, the baby start sucking his thumb and the other Rugrats are acting like him ! Unfortunately, one of them can't stop that "drug" ! The adults are afraid but the Rugrats are going to solve the problem themselves ! Tommy ask the other babies stop sucking their thumbs.
